Policies
Please read before booking !
You can make payments through Zelle or CashApp to $MariamaBP. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule before the 24-hour cut-off period, your deposit can be carried over to your next appointment.
If you are running behind schedule, drive safely as there is a 15-minute grace period. Remember to communicate in advance if you anticipate being late.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment might be rescheduled for the next available time slot on the same day or canceled.
No-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling without notice are not acceptable. Kindly be aware that deposits cannot be transferred or refunded in this case.
FAQ
- What is a full-face application?
- This includes brows, foundation, highlight, contour/bronzer, blush, highlighter, eyeshadow, lashes, and lip look.
- What is an event stay period?
- Upon request, I can stay at your event after doing your makeup for touch-ups, to change the look (i.e lip look or eye look), and/or fix the makeup if you messed up anything while getting ready for your event.
- How far do you travel?
- As far as you need me within DMV. No more than 40 miles is ideal. If you live beyond DMV, you can DM me on my IG page (@mariamasbeautypalace) or email me.
- Can you accommodate large parties?
- Yes, up to 5 to 10 people.
- Do you offer bridal services?
- Currently, I do not do bridal services. However, if you would like my services please DM or email me and we can discuss. If approved, I will send you a contract catered to your request. The Royal ball package is actually perfect for brides.
- Do you offer bridesmaids' services?
- Yes, I do. The travel packages are great for large parties like bridesmaids, the family of the bride, and/or groom. Dm or email me to discuss further.
- What makeup brands do you use?
- I have a wide range of products that are catered for most skin types to personalize the makeup for the person sitting in my chair. Only high-quality products are in my kit to ensure your makeup is flawless. These products are all tested before adding them to my kit. Please notify me of any allergies while booking.
